Level Unlocks : 16 Unlocks : RestaurantsSous Judgemental quest is a main quest within Sims Freeplay which means all previous quests must have been completed before this becomes available. You must also be a minimum of level 16.
You will unlock an pretty awesome new location in Sim Town : a restaurant, that you can actually enter and interact with. You will need to 'clear it out' like with the stables. Before you can start clearing out the restaurant you will need to compete the quest. The limited time prize for the event is some chef outfits. As usual, you can still complete the quest after the time limit has ran out you just won't win the limited time prize.
Please remember that all items have either a 1,2 or 3 star rating and the time tasks take depend upon the star rating of the item

Version One - Time Limit : 7 days
Build the restaurant - price and times vary
Call a Sim to the restaurant
Be nice to the Grouch - 4 mins
Taste the Grouchs special dish - 1 min (click on Grouch)
Complain to the Grouch - 2 hrs
Call the first judge on the phone - 3 mins 12 secs
Take Wumples order - 5 mins (he will turn up at the house you are at)
Cook any dish for Wumples - cook cheese on toast for 1 min
Serve food to Wumples - 10 mins
Call the second judge on the phone - 3 mins 12 secs
Take Santas order - 5 mins
Cook pizza for Santa - 40mins (must be cooking level 2 and have a microwave)
Serve food to Santa - 10 mins (click on plate)
Call the final judge on a phone - 3 min 12 secs
Take the Grouchs order - 8 hrs
Make a quiche for the Grouch - 4 hrs (must be cooking level 4 and have 2 star fridge and oven)
Serve food to Grouch (click on plate)
Investigate what Grouch dropped - 5 mins (click on blue X infant of the house)
Make a mud pie - 3 mins
Go to the restaurant
Give mud pie to Grouch - 4 hrs
Open front door - 1 hr 30 mins (costs S25,000)

You can now repair the restaurant and begin using it.
PRIZE
The limited time prize for completing this event is chefs outfits for adult male and female sims. Are they worth it? Personally, I think they're nothing amazing and I've never put my Sims in these outfits so I wouldn't worry too much about completing it in time. If you do win the outfits you can find them in the wardrobe in the outfits section.

Why can't I start this quest?
You need to complete all the previous quests and be at level 16 or above before this quest becomes unlocked for you.
Can I complete this quest even though I am passed level 16?
You can complete this quest at any level on or after level 16. As long as you have completed the previous quests, this quest will pop up automatically for you.
Why are there two versions of this quest?
The developers have updated some of the quests over time so some quests have 2 versions as the devs haven't changed the quests on all devices.
Why do blue footprints appear when I try to use an item?
This happens when your Sim can't access the item. To solve this you either need to rotate the item so the little arrow has a blank space in front of it or move an item that has been placed in front of the item you want to use.
Can I build the restaurant early?
No, you gotta wait until the get the task at the beginning of the quest.
How do I send my sim to the restaurant?
Go to the restaurant and using the simtracker whistle over a sim who isn't busy.
How do I taste Grouchs special dish?
Click on Grouch and there will be on option to taste his dish.
How do I cook a dish for Wumples?
You can cook any dish you'd like. Click on the stove, select cooking and any of the dishes. It makes sense to cook the shortest time dish which is cheese and tomato on toast. You will need a toaster for this dish. Once the dish is cooked click on the bubble icon that appears above the stove.
Where is Wumples/Santa?Grouch?
They should be at whatever house you are at. If you can't find them you should try coming out of the game and possible restarting your device.
Why can't I cook pizza?
You need to have a Sim at level 2 of the cooking hobby and have a microwave at the house to cook pizza.
Why can't I cook quiche?
You need to have a Sim at level 4 of the cooking hobby and have a 2 star fridge and stove at the house to cook quiche.
Can I just skip this quest? I don't really like it!
Nope! This is a main quest and you MUST complete each main quest before you can move onto the next.
Why are some of the times different on my game?
Each item has a star rating - 1,2 or 3 stars. The higher the star rating of the item you are using, the quicker it will be to complete a task.
