Love is in the Air is a main quest within Sims Freeplay which means previous quests must have been completed before this becomes available.
This quest introduces time limits and time limited prizes to Sims Freeplay. From now on most of the quests will have a time limit and two prizes - one prize will be awarded just for completing the quest and another prize will be awarded if you complete it within the given time limit.
Completing this quest allows your Sims to get married and if you complete it within the 2 day time limit you will unlock the beautiful wedding bundle that is available in the Costume and Swim Store. You can still complete the quest after the time limit, you just won't get the time limited prize.A tip for this stage of the game - start working towards (if you haven't already) having 4 Sims in your town. You will need it for the next quest.
Please remember that all items have either a 1,2 or 3 star rating and the time tasks take depend upon the star rating of the item

Quick rinse in shower - 6 secs
Get 2 Sims in one house (use whistle in SimTracker)
Be romantic with another Sim - 1 min
Make an expresso - 20 secs
Flirt with another Sim - 5 mins
Form a budding romance (keep doing romance interactions)
Have 2 Sims watch a movie (click watch movie on TV with first Sim, then get another to 'Join in' Task will complete straight away so you can cancel the action by selecting the red 'X' on the action bar progress bar)
Form a dating relationship (keep doing romantic interactions)
Make a Sim kiss another Sim on the cheek - 2 secs (Sims must be in a 'dating' relationship for this option. Don't become partners until you have completed this task)
Send a Sim home
Have a catnap - 27 mins
Grow onions - 7 hrs
Have 2 Sims in the same house
Be romantic to another Sim - 1 min
Deeply cleanse hands in sink - 2 hrs
Become partners (romantic interactions)
Woo hoo - 5 mins
Buy 2 roses - (S100 each in trees & plants section of Home Store
Get engaged - propose marriage 6 secs
Chat about engagement on phone - 4 hrs 30 mins
Make 2 engaged Sims move in together - 6 secs

The prize for completing this quest within the time limit is some beautiful wedding dresses and suits for your Sims to wear when they get married.
The prize is definitely worth trying to complete the quest in time for - who doesn't love a beautiful wedding dress? You can find the new clothes in the wardrobe in the outfits section.
The next quest is Two and a Half Sims which will unlock babies.

This happens when your Sim can't access the item. To solve this you either need to rotate the item so the little arrow has a blank space in front of it or move an item that has been placed in front of the item you want to use.

If you haven't got the option to kiss another Sim you haven't got the right relationship with the other Sim - you need to be in a 'dating' relationship to have this option. If you have been romantic too many times your Sims may have become 'partners'. If this has happened you need to get your Sim to be romantic with a different Sim until they are dating and you can complete this goal.
