Ocean View Estate quest is a main quest within Sims Freeplay which means all previous quests must have been completed before this becomes available. Completing this quest unlocks larger, premium residence next to the ocean. There are two versions of this quest - they are mainly the same except for a slight change of times for some of the tasks. If you complete the quest with in the time limit you will unlock a beachside escape property that you can build in your Sim Town.
Please remember that all items have either a 1,2 or 3 star rating and the time tasks take depend upon the star rating of the item

You now have access to the real estate career (for more information click here) and larger house lots.
Prize
The prize for completing this quest within the time limit is the beachside residence.
The prize is definitely worth trying to complete the quest in time for as you get a new house design and the first one is free.
The next quest is Mysterious Island which will unlocks at level 10 and gives you access to the new island in Sims Freeplay.

Why can't I start this quest?
As this is a main quest you need to complete all the previous quests (full list of main quests can be found here) and be level 9 or above before this quest becomes unlocked for you.
Can I complete this quest even though I am passed level 9?
You can complete this quest at any level on or after level 9. As long as you have completed the previous quests, this quest will pop up automatically for you.
Why do blue footprints appear when I try to use an item?
This happens when your Sim can't access the item. To solve this you either need to rotate the item so the little arrow has a blank space in front of it or move an item that has been placed in front of the item you want to use.
Why are there two versions of this quest?
The developers have altered tasks and quests as they have updated the game but have not done so on all devices. So the device you're playing on will affect which version you get.
Make sure you're playing the Sims and not Sim City
Why can't I place the magazines in a house?
The magazines need to be placed on a table or counter not on the floor.
How do I send a Sim to the park?
Go over to the park and then using the SimTracker whistle over a Sim who isn't busy.
Can I build the real estate agency early?
No, you can only build the real estate agency when you get the goal in the quest.

Nope, Ne, Non, No! This is a main quest and you MUST complete each main quest before you can move onto the next.

Each item has a star rating - 1,2 or 3 stars. The higher the star rating of the item you are using, the quicker it will be to complete a task.
