It unlocks at level 14 and once you complete the quest you will be able to complete the playhouse toddler hobby over at the swim center. Once you complete the hobby you will be able to have toddler playhouses in your Sims homes. If you complete the quest within the time limit you will win a three wheeled trike for your toddlers to ride around on.
You will need a toddler to be able to complete this quest so you will need to age up a baby.
Please remember that all items have either a 1,2 or 3 star rating and the time tasks take depend upon the star rating of the item

Feed toddler a snack - 1 hr (select an adult and click on the toddler)
Have toddler play with cat at swim centre - 6 secs
Have a toddler search a tree at swim centre for torn page - 8 hrs
Talk to Professor Cat - 24 secs
Have a cat holiday in the playhouse - 2 hrs
Have a toddler dance with a tree - 8 hrs

Have a toddler take a catnap - 30 mins (must be completed in toddler bed)
Talk to the swim centre elephant - 6 hrs
Send an adult to the swim centre

You can now start the Toddler Playhouse hobby. (The first time you do the hobby you must do it at the playhouse over at the swim center and once you have completed the hobby once you will be able to build the house at your Sims homes)
Prize
The prize is the big wheeled trike for your toddlers which can be found in the toddler section of the home store. It's a nice little toy for your toddlers but it's quite expensive at S5,000 and all the toddlers do is ride around on it for 1 minute.
FAQs on this quest
Why can't I start this quest?
You need to complete all the previous quests and be at level 14 or above before this quest becomes unlocked for you.
Can I complete this quest even though I am passed level 14?
You can complete this quest at any level on or after level 14. As long as you have completed the previous quests, this quest will pop up automatically for you.
Why are there two versions of this quest?
The developers have updated some of the quests over time so some quests have 2 versions as the devs haven't changed the quests on all devices.
Why do blue footprints appear when I try to use an item?
This happens when your Sim can't access the item. To solve this you either need to rotate the item so the little arrow has a blank space in front of it or move an item that has been placed in front of the item you want to use.
Why won't the catnap goal complete?
You need to have a catnap in a toddler bed not an adult bed. If you haven't got one go to the toddler section of the home store and buy a bed to complete this task.
How do I send my toddler to the swim centre?
Go over to the swim centre by using the town map then once over there use the SimTracker to whistle over a toddler.
How do I feed a toddler a snack?
This is an interaction between an adult and toddler Sim so have your adult selected and click on the toddler to find the 'feed a snack' interaction.
What is the magic castle?
Over at the swim centre to the left side of the pool there is a playhouse - thats the magic castle.
Where are the dancing trees?
They are the palm trees over at the swim centre.
How many pee puddles does the adult Sim have to clean up?
When you get to that task several pee puddles will appear around the swim centre. You only have to clean one pee puddle to complete the task.
Does the cat stay at the swim centre after the quest?
Unfortunately no, Professor Cat disappears after the quest.
Can I just skip this quest? I don't really like it!
Nope! This is a main quest and you MUST complete each main quest before you can move onto the next.
Why are some of the times different on my game?
Each item has a star rating - 1,2 or 3 stars. The higher the star rating of the item you are using, the quicker it will be to complete a task.
